Tim Shoults is Vice-President, Content and Audience Development, for Glacier Media, which operates more than 50 weekly, daily and suburban community newspapers across western Canada. He is a director and past president of the B.C. and Yukon Community Newspapers Association and vice president of the Canadian Community Newspapers Association. He served as a director on the B.C. Press Council, one of the predecessors of the NNC, from 2009 to 2015, as well as the transition committee establishing the NNC.

Tim has worked as a reporter, editor, publisher, group publisher and regional manager for weekly and daily community newspapers in Alberta and British Columbia, including the Squamish Chief, the Whistler Question, the Kamloops Daily News and the Prince George Citizen.

Tim resides in Kamloops, B.C.
